• Why do I need insurance for my mobile device?

  Nobody likes surprise costs out the blue, whether you have smashed your screen, lost your phone or someone has stolen it mobile insurance removes some of the cost pain for you.
  
  When you purchased your Mobile Phone from Virgin Mobile you will have paid a lower upfront cost than the phone is worth, you will pay a monthly fee over a set period of time. The cost of your Mobile Phone will be the three elements combined.
  
  Upfront Cost + (Monthly Fee x Length of Contract)
  With Virgin Mobile you have the option to pay off your outstanding balance owing on the phone and purchase a new device, otherwise you will continue to be billed for the existing phone, even if lost or stolen, until the date your contract ends.
  
  Virgin Mobile customers can avail of a new handset at any time, by paying off the outstanding balance of your phone, depending where you are in your journey with them, this may be more than you had thought.
