Why do I need insurance on my mobile?
The replacement value of modern smartphones is often greater than people realize. In Ireland, mobile networks subsidise devices in exchange for long contracts. If your phone is damaged or stolen, the network is not obligated to replace it for free, and you remain liable for your monthly line rental regardless.

Why is my Home Insurance not enough?
